Environment watchdog says give MNR more resources

The Ministry of Natural Resources needs to be empowered to protect bio-diversity in Ontario. So says the province’s environmental commissioner Gord Miller. Miller told delegates at the Carolinian Canada Coalition conference Friday that the province lacks political will to protect bio-diversity.
