In some countries the managers are responsible for poor governance, where as there is high rate of degradation and loss of biodiversity. In Uganda if the current situation is not rectified, there may be an increase of 20% forest loss in the next 5 years. I am wondering if the UN can introduce a cross boarder regulation or guidelines to counter with forestry loss in these regions.
