Tsilhqot’in continue court struggle against mining firm Taseko

The Tsilhqot’in in British Columbia are back in court trying to stop Taseko Mines from reviving what was supposed to be a dead issue.

But, the so-called “New Prosperity” mine is back on the table.

This has the Tsilhqot’in warning the company and the provincial government that they are risking a clash.
