Miradi Case Study: The Kosterhavet Marine National Park in Sweden and the Ytre Hvaler National Park in Norway

The Miradi conservation planning software is used by nature conservation practitioners in over 100 counties to design, manage, monitor and learn from their projects. Miradi is a Swahili word meaning “project” or “goal.” In Scandinavia, conservation planners from Sweden and Norway are using Miradi to develop comprehensive management strategies for two national parks that occupy a sensitive marine environmental area on the border between the two countries.
